"Z.O.O. is a not-for-profit housing cooperative that was created in the fall of 2000 to meet the rising need in Montréal for adequate, affordable housing for families. Z.O.O.'s mandate is to provide affordable housing for families with children in a safe and stable environment. By building a community that is open, accepting and full of support, Z.O.O. will help to break the isolation that many families feel."
