Non-profit rental housing for young mothers (16-24 years old) financed by Accés Logis - Québec (a joint federal, provincial and municipal program). 29 apartments, mostly two bedroom, and common space ( collective kitchen, conference room, offices).

The hardwood floors at Les Maisons Transitionnelles are made of reused flooring from demolished buildings at Benny Farm.
