Project in consortium with Desnoyers Mercure et associés. Design directed by L’OEUF. Renovation of a vacant industrial building into work spaces for artists. The project presented an important challenge because of the existing building’s poor condition and the restricted budget for the project. Particular attention was given to the existing vestiges in order to preserve them and emphasize them in new installations, particularly to what is related to the wood and steel composite structure which remained apparent in all of the building.
