Integrated Design Process

The primary objective was to validate the economic potential in creating and building an innovative concept that would be environnementally sound. When carried out in a spirit of cooperation among the key actors, this results in a design that is highly efficient with minimal to no incremental capital costs. The benefits of the Integrated Design Process are not limited to the improvement of environnemental performance. Experience shows that open interdisciplinary discussion and synergistic approach will often lead to improvements in the functionnal program, in the selection of structural systems and in architectural expression.
