Housing for the hypersensitive

L'OEUF is working with the Allergy and Environmental Health Association of Quebec for the making of apartments adapted for the needs of people who suffer from hypersensitivities and severe allergies.

L'OEUF will be working with Parent Latreille landscape architects and Philip Sharp architect.

The project is at the feasability study stage and has received the financial support from CMHC.

A study has determined that about 2% of the Canadian population may suffer from hypersensitivities to the point where they can no longer work. At this moment, there is no known cure for this condition and one of the principal ways to improve the patients' condition is through a living environment with minimized pollution.
